● Statement Of Intent

TALON is not about a hero returning.

It is about what happens when the thing that saved a city becomes one more thing it has to survive.

The City Was
Never Saved.

Rainard City built monuments to its own survival. A cleaner skyline. A stronger police force. A mayor people believed in. A pharmaceutical empire promising the future.

But underneath the glass, the old city kept breathing.

When Mayor Kiera Ashford is murdered in what looks like a hit-and-run, her daughter Marley finds the first loose thread in a machine built from money, silence, and bodies.

Her father, Augustus Pembrooke, once known as Aquila, thinks he already knows the answer. He doesn't.

Because this time the enemy isn't hiding in the alleys. It is inside the city's blood.

"Every surface reflects guilt."

● Rainard / After Dark

The City
Doesn't Sleep.

Neon bleeds into the rain. Sirens fold into the architecture. Every block is a witness that learned to keep its mouth shut.

03/The City

Rainard City
Remembers.

Rainard City is not backdrop. It is pressure. Black glass over flooded streets. Brutalist civic buildings stained by decades of public lies. The rain does not cleanse this place. It reveals what refuses to stay buried.

The Garden
Was Already Here.

One murder becomes a pattern. A mayor. A bank. A pharmaceutical empire. A broken vigilante. A missing file. A rose. A sniper. A room full of women trained to erase problems before they become history. Rainard City was never the root. Only one branch.

"Ladies, there's a weed in my garden."

05/The Watchers

The City
Is Always Looking.

TALON does not work alone. It works with the cameras, the satellites, the traffic lights, the phones in every pocket.

Every face is a record. Every footstep is a timestamp. Every door you open writes a line in a file you will never read.

Surveillance in Rainard is not a system. It is a climate.

You do not get watched here. You get archived.

"Privacy is a rumor in this city. And rumors get people killed."

Rob Prior

Rob Prior is a living legend — the artistic visionary, mad genius, and ultimate entertainer behind TALON.

A fifty-year career forged in paint, performance, and the dark mythologies of pop culture. Trained at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and the University of Toledo (MFA, Studio Art), Prior has spent his life dragging worlds out of his hands and onto canvas, screen, and stage.

He painted the original theatrical poster for Star Wars: The Force Awakens — called the single-most-viewed painting in history. He was the monster master on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, created iconic art for Firefly, and contributed to HBO's Game of Thrones, Marvel Comics, and LucasFilms.

He has live-painted on stage with Jay-Z, Linkin Park, Pantera, Tech N9ne, Imagine Dragons, and Steve Aoki. He stood beside Roger Goodell at the NFL Draft, presented a portrait of Joni Mitchell to MusiCares, and partnered with Stan Lee on the 115-piece Legacy Collection that catapulted him to international fame.

In 2021, his live portrait of Virgil Abloh sold at Art Basel Miami for one million dollars. He has received the Arts and Humanitarian Award at Art Basel Switzerland. Next, he trains to become an astronaut — to paint thirty new works in orbit, live, from space.

Now he turns that same fifty-year obsession with myth, violence, beauty, and damage into TALON. The mask. The city. The film. The vision. Every frame of Rainard City passes through his hand first. This is not an adaptation. This is Rob Prior, undiluted.

"I don't paint stories. I drag them out of the dark and force them to stand in the light."

Cinematic Development Director

Christopher Johann

Christopher Johann helps build cinematic worlds before they become films.

Working across film, 3D, design and AI driven visual development, he translates early ideas into atmosphere, structure and visual language. His work focuses on creating images, systems and cinematic references that help a world feel tangible before production begins.

Over the years, Johann has worked with international clients including BMW, Hyatt Hotels, Hard Rock Hotels and many more. He is also writing and directing The Belgian Barrels, a Netflix series currently in development.

Johann is currently developing Andromeda One, an ambitious crowdfunding driven sci fi drama set on the Moon, where humanity's lunar frontier has become a brutal border state. The project combines gritty realism with an interactive voting system, allowing the audience to influence how future episodes continue.

For TALON, Johann supports the cinematic development of Rainard City, shaping its rain soaked architecture, surveillance atmosphere, character mood, image language, AI lookbook and interactive presence.

His role is not to define the mythology of TALON, but to help give it visual weight. The concrete. The light. The tension. The feeling of standing inside a city that never stops watching.

"Not just how TALON looks. How it feels to stand inside the storm."

10/Concept Design & Storyboards

From Frame
To Violence.

Design studies, storyboard sequences, shot language, and visual development for TALON.

This is not behind-the-scenes decoration. It is the blueprint for the movie’s violence, silence, and emotional damage.

Before Rainard City moves, it has to be built. Every mask. Every rooftop confrontation. Every fight beat. Every close-up. Every broken piece of armor.

This is where TALON becomes cinematic language — not just what the world looks like, but how it is photographed, blocked, cut, and felt.

The concept design and storyboard archive reveals the machinery behind the storm: camera angles, action rhythm, character tension, costume evolution, and the brutal visual grammar of Rainard City.

Precision Inside the Storm.

The storyboards translate TALON’s emotional violence into precise cinematic rhythm. Rain. Distance. Impact. Silence. A look held too long. A body hitting wet concrete. A father and daughter standing in the same storm but carrying different wounds. Every panel is built around tension, blocking, and consequence.

09/Expanded Universe

The Story Doesn't
End With The Film.

Comic Series · Novel · Future Worlds

TALON was built to live beyond a single screen. Rainard City has too many locked doors for one film to open. Too many buried names. Too many bodies hidden beneath rain, concrete, politics, and blood.

The feature film is the beginning. The comic explores the shadows between the scenes — the violence, the family damage, the case files, the assassins, and the parts of Rainard City that only exist in panels, ink, and silence.

The novel goes deeper into the wound: Augustus before the mask broke, Marley before the storm found her, Kiera's final discoveries, The Garden's reach, and the private cost of becoming a symbol in a city that eats symbols alive.

This is not merchandise. This is mythology expanding outward.
